Fred

This is Fred Foster, an Appaloosa horse taur (equitaur?) character created for an RP with . He's a young professional racer with a love for the outdoors, particularly gardening and growing his own food when he's not running for recreation or training for his next race.

I initially wasn't happy with the pencil sketch since at the time I had no internet access and only one reference photo of a horse to work with. Horse-based characters aren't really my forte, so please forgive any glaring errors you may spot. Also, these suckers are taller than I expected, so his hooves went off the page. Oh well. Decided to color it to pass the time, I'm okay with the final result. I may go back and revisit it at some point.
