Description

I didn't like the deviant licenses I saw floating around dA so I made my own, patterned after the standard California driver's license.

"Jay McConnell" is not my real name, it's the name of my dogtaur 'fursona' character and came from SecondLife years ago. All vitals refer to the taur character.
